Our precious baby girl is now two months old and how we love her so! Mommy and baby have been busy travelling this week to Ohio to visit Adena's grandparents. Adena is a good travelling buddy.

Rob and I are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our precious baby girl Adena-Kate. Our due date is May 15th, but it looks like she will be a few more days.

May 2nd was my last day of work, so it has been wonderful running errands and getting my house in tact for our little princess.

I will post more once she arrives.

28 Weeks and Counting

I am excited to announce that my husband and I are expecting a baby girl on May 15th 2008. It has been about 6 months since I last posted, and that was because we got pregnant, I was tired with morning sickness, and life just got in the way.

I am greatly inspired by my friend Carly who is a faithful blogger. I on the other hand am just happy to check my personal e-mail every night after a long day of work.

Life will change for us in the next few months, but we are very excited. I have posted a few prego shots and pictures of our precious princess.

I promise Carly to start blogging more frequently.

Labor Day Fun!

Labor Day has been fun and relaxing while spending time with family at the pool and eating till we can eat no more. Back to work life tomorrow so we'll see how long it takes me to post a new entry!

So I've been tagged by my friend Carly who has got me into blogging, so I thought I would try it out. So I will follow her rules and hope some of my friends below will do the same.

The Rules:
1. Each Player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
2. People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules (or you can e-mail if you're not a blogger)

The Blog; 8 Random things about me:

1. Cleanliness: I love to be clean! I take at least two showers a day. One when I wake up and one when I go to bed, and depending on the day's activities I have been known to take up to 4 to 5 showers in a day! Believe me, ask any roommate of mine or my husband. I also like a clean house, and the dishwasher has to be emptied and kitchen counters clean and clutter free before I even think of cooking.

2. Sweet Tooth: For the most part I really like to eat healthy and work out, but I always want something sweet after lunch and after dinner. Peanut M&M's are my favorite candy at work, and homemade chocolate chip cookies are my favorite dessert.

3. Performing Arts: I love to perform and have fun. Give me an audience and I will perform for you, whether that is through a song, dance or people impersonations. If you have known me for awhile you probably have seen the high school teacher impersonation and of course "word of the day". Thankfully my husband will let me take center stage, but he is actually a closet performer himself, but he's not willing to admit that.

4. Vogue: I have to say that I love clothes, shoes, and make-up! I am all girl and proud of it. I have over 10 MAC lip glasses in my purse. I guess you could say I'm obsessed :-)

5. Organization: I like to be organized and stay on top of my personal and work life. It is hard juggling a full time job as a manager and take care of house chores, spend quality time with my spouse and time with friends and family. Though I'm busy, I love it all.

6. Hiking: I love my Saturday morning hike with my sister Angel and friend Vicki. We meet at 6:30 am, hike a 2.5 mile trail, then head to Starbucks and gain all the calories back we just lost, but some speculate that we may loose the extra calories by all the talking we do.

7. Wining and Dining: My husband has introduced me to many different wines, and I have to say I really appreciate the art of making wine and the many different kinds of wines. I love eating a nice meal with my husband and drinking a good glass of wine together.

8. Quality Time: I guess I would have to say that I am a quality time girl. I love spending time with my husband whether that's cooking together, watching TV, or just hanging out. I also love spending time with my family, my adorable nieces, and friends. I am blessed by so many rich relationships. God is Good!
